Montilla-Moriles produces wines very similar in style to sherry, but production is mainly from the Pedro Ximénez grape. Toro Albalá has existed since 1922, and specializes in the unctuous and richly sweet wines that can age forever. Made from asoleo grapes, this dark , richly colored wine has aromas of dried fruits, chocolate, coffee, and citrus. Pair with dates filled with blue cheese.
