The 2025 Grüner Veltliner Lion was harvested in the Pulkau Valley in the Weinviertel, close to the Czech border, made exclusively in stainless steel and bottled just two weeks ago. The nose offers fresh, ripe pear juice, bright and peppery, with a wonderful spring in its step. This is a light-bodied, taut, pear- and pepper-driven wine with notable ease and sprightliness.
