Perfect Aszú berries are individually cut from the bunches hanging on the vines with scissors. These raisined grapes from each individual vineyard were macerated with dry base wines for up to 48 hours and then transferred into old Hungarian oak barrels for fermentation and ageing. After 2 years in our cellars, barrels were selected for blending and bottling as Single Vineyard Aszú wines. The remaining barrels form the blend for Royal Tokaji Gold Label. Very rich aromas of many different fruits, minerals and a hint of smoke. A very rich, robust and creamy wine. The high sugar is pronounced on the finish.
