The Timorasso Derthona di La Colombera is obtained from 100% Timorasso grapes cultivated in the Vho territory, a hamlet of Tortona (AL), on light and dark clayey soils. The entire winemaking process took place in stainless steel. The aging process also occurred in stainless steel for 9 months in contact with the lees. This final choice has enriched the wine, already rich in important alcohol content, in terms of body, aromas, and extracted substances.

The Timorasso Derthona di La Colombera La Colombera appears in the glass with a straw-yellow color and golden reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of peach and yellow flesh fruit combined with hints of white flowers and a clear note of flint. The tasting is characterized by intense mineral freshness and a long fruity and herbaceous finish. It pairs well with vegetarian dishes as well as seafood dishes such as a tasty white seafood sauté.
