Single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the All Saints vineyard, where iron-rich soils define a mineral, structured expression. Red fruit, liquorice and spice lead into a smoky, mineral finish. Spontaneously fermented and aged for 18 months in French oak, then bottled unfiltered to preserve texture and site expression. Demeter certified.
