The Hilt Pétillant Naturel of Pinot Noir: Bright, shocking pink. Ripe watermelon,
pink grapefruit and white pepper. Yuzu. Under-ripe Gaviota strawberry and
rhubarb. Pickled watermelon rind. Jicama.  Camelia. Agave. Very floral and perfumed.
Mouthwatering and salty. Sleek and suave. So bright and refreshing. Finishes clean
