En Jorcul carries a Bourgogne Blanc label, but it comes from Prudhon's vines in Saint-Aubin — hillsides that share their bedrock with Puligny and Chassagne. The winemaking is the same meticulous, low-intervention approach applied to every wine in the cellar.
