A seductive, minerally, textural and poised Sancerre. On the nose it has notes of spiced apples, dried pears, warm herbs, baking spices and some pebbles. Medium-bodied with bright acidity on the palate. Stony and vertical, yet it has density and a juicy and succulent finish, with a touch of flint on the aftertaste. From organically grown grapes.
