"Two plots, which ripened well so Jean-Marc was able to use some stems, around 40%. Not very much deeper in colour. The bouquet is exquisite, light raspberry and alpine strawberry, floral though in style, with that light peppery note from the whole bunches. This comes back behind. A point of acidity and a greener note that will just take a year or two more to resolve. Will not bottle for a while. 11.65% alcohol. I do admire both the decision not to chaptalize and the quality of the resulting wines. Drink from 2025-2028."
