A touch of honeyed melon sitting on top of the more classic white fruit, but not distracting from the core of this immensely concentrated fruit, with a little bit of salinity to finish. Adequate acidity. There is plenty going on and still very youthful – not racked yet. Drink from 2030-2037. Tasted Oct 2024.

Prominent aromas of mineral reduction, petrol and smoke surround the cool, pure and beautifully layered aromas of anise, jasmine tea and citrus zest. The racy, delicious and solidly concentrated middle weight flavors possess an even more sophisticated texture while displaying first-rate length on the balanced and slightly more austere finale. This is markedly compact at present and a wine that's going to need at least mid-term keeping. *Sweet Spot, Outstanding*
