Chardonnay dominates the blend here, with a sprinkling of Pinot Noir just to give it a bit of backbone. Grapes come from meticulously selected plots in the Côte de Sezannais. Apples and citrus fruit come leaping out the glass and up ya nose at first, followed by hazelnuts and a fresh, creamy palate. Seriously top stuff.
