Description:     Carrel's unique Savoie Rosé is a blend of 80% Gamay and 20%Mondeuse. Both varieties are pressed immediately for under 3 hours to preserve freshness and obtain the desired pale red color. To attain the fullest expression of aromas and lively fruit, Olivier Carrel keeps the alcoholic fermentation at a low 16 degrees Centigrade for 15 days.
