‘Bruno’ is a series of rieslings named in honor of Bruno of Cologne, the founder of the Carthusians, and offers an accessible, affordable introduction to the wines of Karthäuserhof. Grapes were hand harvested and gently pressed prior to fermentation and aging, both in stainless steel. Bottled without fining or filtration, this dry Riesling absolutely vibrates with energy, displaying layers of peach, lime zest, and citrus blossom alongside hints of petrol, herbs, and abundant minerality before snappy acidity finishes it all off just to make you beg for another sip.
