The pale gold-hued 2023 White checks in as a mix of 51% Grenache Blanc, 40% Viognier, and 9% Roussanne, brought up in a mix of French oak (barrels and foudre, 10% new) and concrete eggs. It has a crisp citrus blossom, lime zest, and white flower-driven perfume and is medium-bodied, clean, crisp, and refreshing on the palate. I love its overall purity, and it's going to be about as versatile on the dinner table as they come.

A floral and perfumed nose of lemon balm, lavender and sea shells. The palate is medium-bodied with fine acidity and a generous mouthfeel, giving notes of orange blossoms, lime sherbet and chalk. A blend of 51% grenache blanc, 40% viognier and 9% roussanne. Partially fermented in concrete. Drink or hold.
