There’s a taut and pleasing energy, integrating a vivid spine of acidity and a chalky underpinning. Rich hints of crystallized honey, wild strawberry puree and toasted almond show through midpalate, and the creamy finish is swept clean with a tang of salinity. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
