"Mouss,,s 2020 Ros, La Confiance de Mon PŠre is made from Pinot Meunier vines located in the lieu-dit Les Bouts de la Ville in Cuisles. After destemming, the berries undergo a cold, week-long infusion in a carbon dioxide-protected tank, yielding roughly 50% of their juice by gravity without pressing‡thereby acquiring the deep hue that defines this cuv,e. Disgorged in February 2024, the wine opens with a complex bouquet of raspberry, redcurrant, blood orange, red apple and spices. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, vinous and enveloping, with ripe but lively acidity and a lingering, perfumed finish."

"The 2020 Champagne La Confiance De Mon Pere Extra Brut Rosé De Saignée is entirely Meunier. A deeper pink color, it's a bit wild on the nose, offering more yeasty aromas of baking bread, bread dough, wild herbs, melon rind, and berries. The palate has a frothy mousse, along with notes of pomegranate and citrus rind. It's more appealing on the palate at this stage, and I'd like to check on this one again in the near future."
