Thanks to these wonderful vineyards rich in calcium carbonate we are able to obtain a Sauvignon with unique characteristics. The wine has notes of grapefruit and tomato leaves which contrast beautifully with notes flint. Firm and fresh in the mouth, with precious minerality and an acidity that is certainly inviting.

Notes of quince, toasted hazelnut and a subtle hint of flint Taste: fresh and balanced on the palate, with hints of white peach, Mediterranean herbs and a mineral touch. The finish is clean and persistent.
